BRIEF: Refurbishment of
Complete Office Space
Note: All photographs are taken after the
refurbishment.
To alter
existing partitioning to create better and effective use
of space available, including partition design, solid/glazed
modules making use of natural light and artificial lighting
arrangements whilst still insuring the customers space requirements
were being met.
Re-decoration
of complete area including solid partition modules and external
walls, restoration of woodwork and doorsets.
Installation
of additional lighting to suit additional Conference Room
and Offices created; these included low voltage SpotLights
and Category Two Modular light fittings.
Organisation
of additional office furniture, including Workstations,
Boardroom Table, Reception Counter and Seating, all of which
to enhance the existing veneers and decor.
Installation
of additional power points and re-location of security entry
system.
Furniture
re-configuration to suit approved plans.

test - full site survey completed, checking space available
for ideas, outline plans produced
Items
of works - all aspects of project then discussed ready for
pricing, application for planning permission submitted on
agreement of floor plans provided

upon approval being received
The contract
- customer approval to proceed, pre-start meeting to discuss
programme of works items
Completion
- successful completion of works, handover, issue of completion
certificate
